Resumen de la historia clínica (Caso 775159)
Dra. Claudia Gutiérrez Camacho (pediatra). Femenina de 10 meses de edad, originaria de Veracruz. Madre de 30 años, ama de casa, con secundaria completa y sana, padre de 35 años con preparatoria, aparentemente sano. Ambos padres negaron toxicomanías. Dos hermanos; uno de tres años sano y otro que falleció a los 10 meses por tirosinemia tipo I y síndrome de Fanconi. Había consanguinidad entre los padres. La alimentación de la paciente era a base de seno materno y leche entera, fue ablactada a los siete meses con verduras y frutas. Sonrisa social a los cuatro meses de vida y sostén cefálico a los cinco meses, sedestación a los seis meses, a su ingreso iniciaba bisílabos. Inmunizaciones completas. Antecedentes perinatales: producto de la gesta III, de embarazo normo evolutivo con control regular, obtenido por cesárea a las 38 semanas de gestación por sufrimiento fetal agudo. Nació con peso de 3.7 kg, talla 51 cm y calificación de Apgar de 8/9. Displasia de cadera bilateral al nacimiento tratada con triple pañal.
