ABSTRACT
Capillary electrophoresis is an analytical technique used in several research fields of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical, it allows the separation of different types of analytes such as ions, biomolecules, and cells. This technique provides results in shorter time, high separation efficiency, high detection sensitivity and minimum sample consumption. The separation is based on the different electrophorectic mobilities acquired by analytes into the capillary while the electric field is applied.REFERENCES
