ABSTRACT
Plexus choroid papillomas are a rare variety of glioma which is mainly seen in people who are older than 5 years old.
The clinical pictures usually provoked by intracranial hypertension due to hydrocephalus that these patients commonly
have, for their typical location at the level of lateral ventricles trigone, associated with the plexus choroid lateral
ventricles or the forth ventricle. Surgical treatment shows a high rate of survival with scarce recurrences. The case
presented is of an adult with plexus choroid papilloma diagnosis with a torpid evolution.
